Next.js (static export)
A Next.js project that sets output: "export" has no server to adapt. naro builds it and serves the exported files as a static site, so the Cloudflare adapter is never involved.

How it is detected
naro reads next.config for a literal output: "export". A computed value is not followed — pick Next.js (static export) in project settings when the config decides at build time.
Nothing runs on a server: route handlers, middleware, ISR and on-demand revalidation are unavailable. An unknown path serves the exported 404 page rather than falling back to index.html.
Deploy it
Run this inside the project. The first deploy creates and links it.

Project settings → Build configuration changes the build script and output directory for a project that does not follow its framework's defaults.
